At least one person was killed and several others injured in a shooting incident in the French city of Strasbourg, according to the French media reports.
France 24 citing police confirmed that the shooting left one person dead, near a Christmas market in Place Kleber square of the city.
“Shooting in the center of Strasbourg. Thank you all for staying home and waiting for a clarification of the situation,” Strasbourg’s deputy mayor Alain Fontanel wrote on Twitter.
